What Data We Collect

When you use Sphinx Agent, we collect the following information:

• Google Profile Information: Your name, email address, and profile picture when you sign in with Google OAuth.
• Chat Messages: Conversations between your AI agents and end users, stored for 90 days to maintain chat context.
• Usage Statistics: Aggregate counts of messages sent per month, number of agents created, and feature usage for billing and analytics.
• Payment Information: Billing details processed securely through Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers on our servers.

What We Do NOT Do

• We do not sell your personal information to any third party.
• We do not trade your data with other companies for marketing purposes.
• We do not rent access to your data or user lists.
• We do not use tracking cookies or share data with ad networks.
• We do not share your chat messages with anyone other than the AI model providers necessary to generate responses.

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act, you have the right to:

• Know what personal information we collect, use, and disclose.
• Delete your personal information held by us.
• Opt out of the sale of your personal information (though we do not sell it).
